Our mentoring program this year has been a moderate success. We have matched 5 pairs of mentee and mentor's, however we still have 10 men tees that have yet to be matched with mentors. The mentoring relationships that have been established are proving to be successful relationships that will potentially add value for all parties involved. The mentor's and men tee that I have spoken with are really enjoying the program and my hope is that we can extend this to more students. I hope that more alumni can volunteer in the near future.
